This week, our class has learned about using square arrays in multiplication. Its very easy and all you need is a lot of tiny squares that are equal in width, depth and length. I found using the arrays very interesting and useful. I like square arrays because its easier to understand, and it looks colorful, and you can also use it in addition and subtraction. Our class has made some arrays but I wanted to show you what they look like. there is a picture bellow. The way you use it is, by setting up a row of squares in any way up down left or right. Then you just have to do the thing you need to do with what maths symbol. I’ve left a picture down below of what they can look like, there you have it! I hope this was helpful!!
