Isabella’s book review on just Macbeth

Just Macbeth is a great book for children age 8-16 because it has hard to understand words. The book is written by Andy Griffith and illustrated by Terry Denton. The characters are Andy, Danny, Lissa and all the other characters from the actually true Macbeth  story.

The story is about a bunch of kids doing an assignment or practicing their school play and their part was the weird potion. They made it out of unussual  ingredients. And Danny said, “I dare you to drink it” Andy said back, “I will drink it if all 3 of us agree to drink it together”. So they all drank it and they go into the almost true modern day version to the Shakespeare just Macbeth. Andy kills someone and becomes someone special with duties to be done. He Marries Lissa, the crush of his life. I wont spoil too much more!

I rate it 7 out of 10 stars. I recommend it to readers looking for something hard and challenging to read and understand the words.

Home work persuasive writing blog by Zoe

What is persuasive writing? persuasive writing is where you persuade someone in to doing something or buying some thing and even changing  peoples perspective on a topic.

Where can you find it/Where is it used? it is used on ads, packaging and it is used by parents so you do something and they give you something in trade. It is used in lots of places it is even used in your daily lives. Plus I am shore that you have used it before.

What are strong/signal words used for? strong words are for making the persuasive writing sound strong and make it the sentence longer. Signal words tell you that more is coming and that the sentence is not over.

What is the structure? the structure is introduction, paragraph 1, paragraph 2, paragraph 3 and conction but you can have more paragraphs.
